Abstract
Patch for perl_lib/EPrints/Email.pm. The patch sets the mail charset to utf-8, encodes the headers (From, To, Subject, Reply-To); and converts wide characters to bytes (as required by Net::SMTP). Also enables the URL in the text version. See tech list 7114, 5783, 5762.
