Abstract
This patch contains 1) modifications which lets the grace period (expiration time) appear in non English. 2) in cgi/register, cgi/set_password the "mail_password_pin" phrase gets a "urltext" pin which contains the text of the URL to be visited 3) English phrases to render the grace time
