Abstract
Example of a basic perl script to create an eprint with a document attached
Installation
This script is not directly useful. It is an example which you can modify to create new records in eprints. It: (1) opens a session, (2) gets a handle on the inbox dataset (could be "archive" or "buffer" instead), (3) creates a new eprint in that dataset, (4) adds a document to that eprint, (5) adds a file to the document, (6) sets some metadata on the document, and commit's it to write it to the database, (7) cleans up and exits.
