Abstract

Several minor changes I made to our installation that may be useful for others. 1) Move "include apachevhost.conf" near EOF so it overrides instead of is overridden 2) Create citation option for printing date only if it is of more granular resolution that just "year" 3) More resilient handling of non-numeric page numbers (i.e. S.14-S.25) 4) Allow suppression of the auto-generated "p." or "pp." in pagerange citations
