Abstract

This is a replacement for the normal "Move to Repository" button, which also sends an email to the author telling them it was approved.

Installation

Install the approve_with_email.xml into your phrases directory and tweak if needed. Install ApproveWithEmail.pm into perl_lib/EPrints/Plugin/Screen/EPrint/ I suggest you add this option to admin and editors. To do so, add this option to the list of editor and admin roles (in user_roles.pl): +eprint/buffer/approve:editor I also suggest you may wish editors from using the current "Move to Repository" button. Do this by adding this to the *end* of the editor roles -eprint/buffer/move_archive:editor
