Abstract
This plugin allow administrator to send a message to all users belonging to specified category (minuser, user, editor, admin).
Installation
Copy EPrints folder and related files in your plugin directory (i.e. /archives/[archive_id]/cfg/plugins/) and copy "lang" directory in /archives/[archive_id]/cfg/ Restart Apache2 and EPrints (generally "apache2ctl restart" or "apachectl restart"). Log-in as admin and in Administrative Tools->Misc. Tools you found this Mass Mailer :-)
