Abstract
This creates a new URL for each eprint: /<eprintid>/latest/foo.txt which serves the latest submitted document to the eprint. This allows new versions of a dataset to be uploaded but a constant URL which points to the most recent version. This is intended to allow new versions of datasets while always being able to link to the latest. This could usefully be combined with a temporal coverage metadata field (fromDateTime -- toDateTime) on documents.
