Abstract
This script can update an item with details found using the item's DOI or Pub Med ID. The tool can either update, overwrite or just report on differences found. This tool was developed for ZORA (Zurich Open Repository and Archive) which provides open and worldwide access to the research and scholarly output of the University of Zurich.
Installation
Copy the file metadata_update to archives/foo/bin customise the script to identify which field the id(s) are to be read from and which fields are to be updated (see the README file for details)
