Abstract
In a phrase a link inserted by <ep:pin ref="link">text</ep:pin> might occur only once. Thus it was impossible to use a picture and a text at the same time, say this way: <ep:pin ref="link"><img src="Back.gif" alt="[Back]"></ep:pin><ep:pin ref="link">Back</ep:pin>. The patch to the _insert_pins() subroutine makes several instances of the link possible. It also discards an unused variable.
